Membership is open to all residents of Winchester City or Frederick County who agree to support the committee and help elect Democrats at the local, state, and national levels.

Full voting rights (age 18 minimum)
Welcome at all general meetings
Eligible to serve as officers and committee chairs
Membership is meant for one person. Couples are expected to sign up individually.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of sign up.

You do not have to pay to become a member, but we hope that you will! Our committee is only able to support our candidates and outreach efforts with your support!
