Please join us for our final bimonthly membership meeting of 2025. This will be an extra special event as YOU will have the opportunity to play a vital role in the direction of YOUR local party leadership as we move forward to the midterms and all the excitement awaiting Democrats in 2026! WFCDC will have our Reorganization meeting to elect the new officers for the Executive Committee on Saturday, December 6th from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. If you wish to participate in the vote you must be a current member of the committee. You can join/renew online via ActBlue until December 4th. You may also join/renew in person at the Caucus meeting on the 6th. Arrive early. Doors close for the vote promptly at 11:00 AM and you must be in line by 10:45 AM for credentialing to participate.
Membership applications and advanced payment may be filed using ActBlue. Applications from ActBlue will be accepted until December 4, 2025. This will allow the Membership Committee to have as many verifications as possible completed in advance and keep the check-in line moving. WFCDC will not accept ActBlue applications after 11:59pm on December 4th. If you wish to apply/renew after December 4th and be eligible to vote, you must do so in person on Saturday December 6th. Payment can be made by cash or check. Credit cards can only be used when paying via ActBlue. Waivers may be requested by contacting the current Winchester Frederick County Democratic Committee Chair at chair@wfcdcva.org, or at the time of filing the membership application at the caucus. If you have paid through ActBlue, you DO NOT need to file a paper form. Your membership will be considered filed.

Anyone wishing to run for an elected officer position on the Executive Committee must declare their candidacy by emailing a letter of interest to chair@wfcdcva.org by noon on December 3rd.
